At North Shore Fishing Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.

Return Eligibility

- Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order delivery date.

- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat-rate $4.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total once your return is received and processed.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at: eric@northshorefishingco.com

Once we receive your request, we will email you a return shipping label to print. Please package the item(s) securely and ship the return back to us using the provided label.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges! To request an exchange, please email us at eric@northshorefishingco.com and let us know what item you’d like to exchange and what you’d like in return.

We will then email you a shipping label to print, and the same return process applies—simply send the item(s) back to us using the provided label.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund (minus the $4.99 return shipping fee) back to your original payment method.
